We’ve been in Co Springs for 30 years and have tried all the big name flooring companies here in town. This summer, we decided to try Seymour Floors. We hired them to refinish our oak floor in our Colorado Springs home. The job and price was so good that we hired them again to add flooring and refinish all the floors in our mountain home in Cuchara, CO. From beginning to end, we’re very pleased with the work process, how the floors turned out, and the price - basically all aspects of Seymour Floors.
Thanks to a dog we found 126 year old wood floors hidden under carpet. We did not know what we would find. The first picture is how they found the floors. The other pictures is their end product. They did an amazing job making very old floors look like new.
I was in a bind. The toilet was not installed correctly prior and had leaked and damaged the subfloor in bathroom of the house that current renters are occupying. I looked at the great reviews on Seymour Floors so I took a leap of faith and gave them a call. It was awesome at how quickly they scheduled us for an inspection to give us an estimate. Once I approved the estimate on a Thursday/Friday they quickly scheduled us for the repairs to start the following Tuesday. I was out of town so we FaceTimed for me to pick the LVP color from HomeDepot. They are honest and transparent on the charges and shared the receipts of materials with me promptly. It was just all around such wonderful experience working with Seymour Floors. I was nervous being out of town but they took care of everything. The finished flooring looks wonderful and they installed the toilet sealing it with a better method than the previous plumber had done to ensure no future leaks.
