Luxury vinyl plank and laminate in Colorado Springs
The look of wood where real wood struggles. Kitchens, baths, basements, laundry rooms and rentals.

Why vinyl plank
Easy to live with.
Vinyl plank shrugs off moisture that would ruin hardwood or laminate, which makes it the natural pick for kitchens, bathrooms, basements and laundry rooms.
- Water resistant for wet rooms and basements
- Handles heavy foot traffic and resists scratches and stains
- Looks like hardwood, stone or tile
- Softer and quieter underfoot than tile
- Sweep, mop and spot clean, that is it

Laminate or LVP
Which plank goes where.
Luxury vinyl plank has a waterproof core, so it belongs anywhere water shows up. Laminate has a wood based core under a hard wear layer, which makes it tough against scratches but best kept in dry rooms.
Plenty of houses use both, plus hardwood up front. We help you sort out which floor fits each room.
Rentals and fast turnarounds
A leak, a rental and an owner out of town.
One landlord called after an old toilet leak damaged the subfloor in an occupied rental. We came out to inspect and estimate quickly, started the repair the next Tuesday, and she picked her plank color over FaceTime from the store.
“They are honest and transparent on the charges and shared the receipts of materials with me promptly.”

Under the plank
A flat subfloor makes a quiet floor.
Floating plank only looks as good as what is under it. High spots get ground down, low spots get filled, and any soft or damaged subfloor is replaced before the first plank clicks in. That is what keeps seams tight and stops the hollow, clicky sound cheap installs are known for.

FAQ
Questions people ask.
Is luxury vinyl plank waterproof?
The planks themselves are highly water resistant, so LVP is the go to for kitchens, bathrooms, basements and laundry rooms. Standing water should still be wiped up so it does not get under the edges.
Can LVP go over a concrete basement floor?
Yes, once the slab is checked for moisture and flattened where needed. Concrete that is out of flat will show through the plank.
Do you install laminate too?
Yes. Laminate is a good, hard wearing choice for dry rooms like bedrooms, offices and living areas.
