Manitou’s houses are old. So are their floors.
Manitou Springs grew up around its mineral springs at the foot of Pikes Peak, and much of the town sits inside a National Register historic district. Victorian cottages climb the hillsides off Manitou Avenue and Ruxton Avenue, up past the Cog Railway depot and the base of the Incline.
